Anxiety Treatment
Anxiety, fear, worry, “the jitters”…
We all experience anxiety or fear from time to time. It’s the fear of speaking in public that can actually help someone better prepare their speech. It’s the fear of failing a class that can encourage someone to study for the test rather than enjoy a night out. It’s the fear of driving on icy roads that encourages slower, more cautious driving.
However, anxiety can be debilitating in all of these instances. Someone might be so fearful that they lose their job because they are very concerned about other’s opinions of them. They may need to drop out of school because the pressure feels so overwhelming. They may decide that they will not drive anywhere when the roads are icy. This kind of anxiety can be debilitating and very much get in the way of you living your life.
