Jen Borchardt, MSW, LCSW, CSAC
Jen Borchardt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She completed her Master’s Degree of Social Work with a clinical concentration in mental health from UW-Madison. Jen also has a certification in mental health integrative medicine and has completed training in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
Jen has experience in individual, group, and couples therapy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution focused therapy, and other mindfulness/relaxation techniques. Her approach is integrative and holistic in nature. Jen promotes balance, self-care and a strengths based perspective. She works collaboratively with clients to establish and focus on their individual goals and needs to assist in promoting the overall improvement of their quality of life and life satisfaction.
