Alyssa Kress, MSW LCSW
Alyssa holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Winona State University. She brings valuable experience supporting individuals involved in the criminal justice system who are facing substance use challenges.
Alyssa uses a tailored, evidence-based approach to therapy—drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based practices, and AODA interventions—to support patients in achieving their personal goals.
