Demaris Losinski, MSW, LCSW, CSAC
Demaris Losinski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. She received her Master’s in Social Work with a clinical concentration in Mental Health and sub-concentration in Military Social Work from the University of Southern California.
Demaris enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and groups and aims to create an environment where clients feel safe and supported throughout the therapeutic process. She appreciates collaborating with clients and their interdisciplinary team to identify each client’s strengths and empower them to meet their established goals.
During the therapeutic process, Demaris employs a strengths-based, person-centered approach and utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to aid in doing so. Frequently utilized techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy.
